Walk-out & design review

Field engineering team validates the route, identifies make-ready, and signs off on the construction package.

/ 02

Placement

Aerial or underground crews place strand, cable, vaults and slack loops to spec — daily progress reports filed before crews leave the site.

/ 03

Splice & terminate

Mainline, lateral and CO splicing performed in climate-controlled trailers. Every splice logged by tray, position, and technician.

/ 04

Test & turnover

Bidirectional OTDR traces, end-to-end loss budgets, and GIS as-builts handed off as a single signed package.
